Tiffany Dawn Burden was born on December 26, 1971. In 1989 she met Michael A. Burden. They were united in holy matrimony on August 31, 1996, at First Baptist Church of Ronco in a ceremony officiated by the late Pastor William H. Nichols of Fairchance, Pennsylvania. They have been married for 29 years, and their blessed union has brought forth two beloved children: Michael A. Burden II and Tiffany M. Burden, both of Ronco, PA.
Michael has been a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Ronco his entire life. From an early age, Tiffany felt the Lord’s call. She gave her life to Christ as a young girl at United Methodist Church of Christ in Scottdale, PA. Later she united with First Baptist Church of Ronco, where she became active in numerous ministries, including the Junior Choir, Junior Usher Board, Children’s Sunday School, and Church Clerk and Trustee Board. She also served as Sunday School Superintendent and assisted faithfully under the leadership of the late Rev. William H. Nichols and former Pastor Robert Burton.
A heart for service soon became evident. Pastor Tiffany has coordinated the Summer Children’s Free Meals Program and led numerous community outreach efforts, teaching God’s Word and feeding those in need. For 15 years she worked with Childcare Information Services of Fayette County, helping families secure safe and reliable childcare.
Tiffany Burden answered the Lord’s call to teach and preach the Gospel, ministering faithfully wherever there is need. Since January 2023, she has been pastoring First Baptist Church of Ronco, faithfully teaching and preaching the Word of God, visiting the sick, comforting the bereaved, and sharing communion with the church family. Together, Pastor Tiffany and Brother Michael continue to seek out the lost and nurture spiritual growth within the congregation and the wider community.
Her academic training complements her ministry. In 1996, she earned an Associate Degree in Medical Office Administration/Clinical Emphasis from West Virginia Career Institute. In 2013, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
Pastor Burden’s life is a living testimony to the power of Jesus Christ. Through food drives, the Laurel Highlands School District Summer Meals Program, and other outreach initiatives, she has helped ensure that no family in the region goes hungry. Her steadfast compassion reflects the words of Matthew 25:35, “For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink.”
Today, Pastor Tiffany D. Burden continues to serve God with unwavering dedication—feeding the hungry, sheltering families, preaching the Gospel, and guiding souls to Christ. Her journey of faith calls all of us to deeper love, compassion, and service to the Lord and His people.

“Romans 16:1-2 (ESV):
”I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a servant of the church at Cenchreae, that you may welcome her in the Lord in a way worthy of the saints, and help her in whatever she may need from you, for she has been a patron of many and of myself as well.”
In this passage, Phoebe is described as a servant of the church, and she is commended for her service and support.”
